We came across these anti ISIS comedy videos created by young Syrian filmmaking production team named Dayaaltaseh. Some of the anti ISIS comedy videos come with English subtitles but many don’t. The producers of Pure Pwnage, the web series and TV Show about a few online gamers released this teaser trailer for their full length movie coming out later this year. Jarett Cale, Geoff Lapaire, Mark Steinberg created Pure Pwnage.

The Digital media world follows the traditional media companies with signs that say “pay attention to us to” during their own “New Upfronts”. Honest Trailer, a part of Defy Media, produces funny satirical movie trailers. They produced this one to make fun of the Digital Media New Fronts.
Yahoo Original’s released the trailer for their newest comedy called “Other Space” directed by Paul Feig (Bridesmaids,Freaks & Geeks). “Other Space” debuts on Yahoo Screen April 14th. Sasha Spielberg and Emily Goldwyn star in “Literally Can’t Even” Snapchat‘s first original comedy show called “Literally Can’t Even”. New episodes of “Literally Can’t Even” appear for 24 hours starting Saturday morning and then disappear the next day. The “Literally Can’t Even” can’t even post its own videos anywhere so if you don’t watch it Saturday within the Snapchat app you are out of luck. Some Youtube artists have been able to fund their work through advertising revenue their videos generate. Sometimes no matter how many laugns a video generates the number of folks who watch it fall short of the amount needed to generate enough advertising page views to pay for the production of the show. Then what happens? A Youtube artist look for investors, stop producing videos or ask their friends and the public for funds via crowdfunding like Kickstarter or Indiegogo. (more…)
