Aqualux tells the story of a girl name Lux, who together with her Persian cat Oliver, embarks on a journey to restore color to the world of dreams. Rake In Grass released the game almost one year ago but as NBC used to say its new to you if you haven’t heard of it before. Copenhagen based Indie game developer House on Fire released their first mobile game download called Neon Zone for the iOS and Android Markets priced at $0.99.
Described as a gravity based minimalist puzzle game, Neon Zone leverages both phone platforms “twisting” capabilities. Each level is a maze where you have to guide a cube by simply rotating the phone. Each puzzle has multiple solutions. Alpium Entertainment released Magnetz, a downloadable puzzle game for Android priced at $1.99. In Magnetz gamers must use magnets (Surprise surprise) to guide the round balls to the goals, collecting stars to build their scores which rise as they collect more balls. (more…)
Finland based Kukouri Games plan to release their first iOS game called Foozles. Based on the game play trailer it looks like Foozles must require the gamers to draw something like planks to guide the Foozles from the entrance to the exit of each puzzle level. We have seen at least one PC game employ this kind of gameplay before. Kukouri describes Foozles as “a skill based puzzle game with exceptionally strong audiovisual style that differentiates it from other puzzle games.”

We love Worms. Not the kind you use for bait, silly, but the Worms game franchise from UK based Team 17.
