FutureMark Studios released their “revolutionary” tower defense game called Unstoppable Gorg, which pays homage to the classic sci fi alien invasion movies from the 1950s. The World vs Danilo Gentili Tower Defense iOS Game
Brazilian based game Studio Monster Juice released their first original mobile game for the US market called The World vs Danilo Gentili, a tower defense strategy game for the IPhone, IPad and IPod Touch requiring 4.3 iOS or later. The game features a real life Brazilian comic named Danilo Gentili whose kind of humor upsets many people. The game takes place in comedy club where you must defend Danilo from people who want to hurt him because they dislike his humor so much. You direct clones of Danilo to strategic positions in the comedy club to kill the patrons rushing the stage. Monster Juice should add a game tutorial and improve the English in the game because it’s confusing and hard to read on the IPhone screen. Consumers can play a few levels and then pay $0.99 to access 60 levels. We posted the only trailer available above but be aware that its not in English.
Creepy Creeps Android Tower Defense Game
Evil Lemon released Creepy Creeps, a tower defense game for the Android platform. Android gamers can play the first three levels for free and play $1.99 to access the remaining 7 levels. Creepy Creeps takes place in the desert where the evil creeps attack and steal your people. You can use eight different towers, traps and weapons to stop them dead in their tracks. FutureMark Studios released this trailer showcasing game play for their upcoming tower defense game for the PC, IPad and XBLA, Unstoppable Gorg, a homage to the early Sci-Fi films of the 40s and 50s. The Gorg, lead by the Lizard King, attack earth in the classic flying saucers. The tower defense battles take place in orbit around earth as opposed to land based battles. Shiny Treasure Pirate Tower Defense iOS Game Download
Netherlands based Infinity Lane, formerly known as GD8 Games, and Essenza Media released Shiny Treasure, a free pirate themed tower defense for the iOS platform – IPhone 3GS, IPhone 4, IPhone 4S, IPod Touch, and IPad. To enable free game play Infinity Labs inserted ads into the game. Bangkok based Pic Soft Studio released an update of their iOS side scrolling tower defense called Tiny Defense, the mobile version of their PC game called Minirobot Wars. Space Tap iOS Game Download
Here’s a trailer for an upcoming ios game called Space Tap described as a tower defense/line drawing game. We haven’t played Space Tap yet but we are sharing our observations based on the game trailer. You are the Space controller managing a cargo delivery business. You draw lines to lead the ships into the docking stations hopefully without causing the ships to crash. You have to watch out for competitive ships and asteroids.
Unstoppable Gorg Not in the 99%
Apparently the Gorg, from the upcoming game Unstoppable Gorg by Future Mark Games, don’t plan to join 99% occupiers in Oakland California or New York City anytime soon as you can see from this picture.
In the downloadable tower defense style game Unstoppable Gorg you defend our solar system from an alien race by sending satellites into orbit around planets, moons and space stations. However unlike all the other tower defense style games, in Unstoppable Gorg you can move your satellites even after you have placed them. When the Gorg armada attacks you can move your satellites around their orbits to best defend against each wave. (more…)
