Argentine based PlayJaa wants you to sign up for test the beta version of their upcoming very interesting looking action arcade game called Junction Action Arcade on iOS and Android. Save the kitties from the fire! Save the kitties from the fire! Emma Jones, the fire fighting star of the new video game Jones on Fire does just that, in theory, if you can help her outrun the flames. Colorado based Glass Bottom Games released Jones on Fire, a run and jump platform game on iOS and the Android platforms priced at $1.99.
Jones on Fire combines retro pix elated graphics with a run and jump game mechanic to make a unique game experience. You play the game as Emma Jones, a female firefighter with spunk and moxy who saves kitties and jumps over burning logs until you get to the firehouse, all while the raging fire threatens to engulf you from behind if you stumble or trip. You jump over obstacles by tapping the left side of the screen and slide under objects by tapping the right side of the screen. You get three lives to make it through each hazard, their word for the levels.
Who would enjoy Jones on Fire? Anyone who likes a video game that utilizes a very unique retro visual style with a sprinting & vaulting escaping mechanic and it helps if you like kitties.
Spain based Ivanovich Games released Crazy Bill, a new free ad supported action arcade game employing retro visuals, offering non stop action and features Zombie Celebrity lookalikes who do more than just moan while stumbling around the screen. Consumers can play Crazy Bill on their iPhones, iPads and iPod Touch devices. An Android version of Crazy Bill may popup in the future. (more…)

In Aliens Need Burgers you defend the earth from hungry alien actively invading our planet. You direct an outward bound satellite laser weapon by tapping on each of the advancing alien space vessels. The number of alien craft increases but so does the number of earth friendly vehicles like space shuttles and satellites. You lose a life when you destroy the wrong vehicle or the alien ships get close enough direct a tractor beam which pulls up the cows.
Kids and families will enjoy this game while adults looking for a more violent game action should look elsewhere. Aliens Need Burgers could help children enhance their hand eye coordination. Alien Need Burgers plays better on larger devices due to the dark space background.
Bulky Pix and Kool Ping partnered to release Turbolab Pursuit, a fun 2D running platform game featuring a mad scientist, grubby mafioso, prototype vehicles and plenty of rolling hills. Consumers can play Turbolab Pursuit for free on their iPhones, iPads and iPod Touch Devices. No word on when they plan to release Turblolab Pursuit on Android or other platforms like Windows 8 or Blackberry.
In Turbolab Pursuit, the mad scientist has created a new innovative cutting edge vehicle which the local mob wants to get its hands on. The scientists zooms out of his lab driving his invention while the bad guys chase him. The number of enemies and their relation to the scientist does slightly confuse us. The mob pursues the scientist but the roles seem to reverse and you will yourself directing the scientist to shoot a little canon mounted in the vehicles hood at someone in front of the vehicle. You can customize many elements of the game from the scientists clothing and accessories as well as many elements of the vehicles. You can either earn coins or buy them at different price points to accelerate your progress.
Turbolab Pursuit offers a fun experience for fans of the rollicking 2D arcade shooting running game.
A press release for a physics arcade shooter game called Traxion published by Game Foundation and created by Blue Chip landed in our in box this morning.
